The Reflect & Wander Summer Series is back as part of our Women’s Mindful Hike Series, offering an outdoor experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. This two-part series combines guided hiking, mindfulness practices, reflective activities, and opportunities to connect meaningfully with other women.
Each 3-hour session blends movement and stillness, helping you slow down, tune in to yourself, and immerse in the natural beauty of Hacklebarney State Park. Through intentional walking, guided reflection, and mindful pauses, you’ll cultivate grounding, self-awareness, and connection within a supportive community.
Who It’s For
Reflect & Wander is designed for women (18+) seeking personal growth, grounding, and connection in a welcoming outdoor setting. Whether you want to move intentionally, reflect inwardly, or simply enjoy the season’s natural renewal, these guided hikes provide space to breathe, reconnect, and grow.
Experience the Series
Each 3-hour session blends movement, mindfulness, and reflection, providing opportunities to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and engage with other women. Sessions include:
Guided mindful hikes (2–3 miles at a gentle, conversational pace)
Reflection exercises to support self-awareness and personal insight
Mindfulness and grounding practices to calm the mind and center the body
Opportunities for meaningful connection through group discussion and sharing
Optional activities to enhance the experience, such as:
Mindful walking
Guided reflection prompts
Journaling and nature-based exercises
Sensory awareness and grounding practices
Monthly themes focus on presence, growth, and inner strength—helping you slow down, reconnect, and embrace the season.
Preparing for Your Hike
Clothing:
Comfortable, moisture-wicking layers
Light jacket or sweater for cooler mornings
Hat or sunglasses for sun protection
Comfortable hiking shoes
What to Bring:
Backpack with personal items (water, snacks, medications, etc.)
Water and optional light snack
Optional small blanket for added comfort during reflection activities
Notes & Guidelines:
Carry in / carry out — leave no trace
Trail location may shift slightly depending on conditions
Sit pad provided — each participant receives one, regardless of how many sessions they attend.
Digital Mindfulness Photobook included — delivered once per participant.

$65 per hike (supplies included)
