You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Many of us move through life feeling pulled in a dozen directions—juggling responsibilities, expectations, and our own inner critic. My role is to walk alongside you—literally or virtually—as you reconnect with your strengths, find clarity, and create a life that feels authentic and balanced. Whether it’s easing anxiety, navigating life transitions, or finding calm amidst ADHD or depression, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore, reflect, and grow.
I’m Diana Lapp, LCSW. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults, and I now focus on supporting adults through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Along the way, I’ve learned that true growth happens when we feel both seen and supported, and when we allow ourselves to connect deeply—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
My passion for nature is a big part of how I approach therapy. Hiking and time outdoors have been essential in my own journey, teaching me how movement, fresh air, and mindful attention can calm the mind, spark insight, and restore balance. This personal connection inspired me to develop Walk & Talk therapy, guided mindful hikes, women’s circles, retreats, and professional networking meet-ups—spaces where reflection, connection, and healing naturally unfold. You can follow my own adventures and reflections on my Nature Journey Blog, where I share experiences, insights, and the transformative power of spending time in the outdoors. I also create mindfulness photo books and nature-inspired offerings, allowing people to bring a sense of calm and grounding into their everyday lives.
Every client’s journey is unique, and my approach is always compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. Whether we meet online or outdoors, I will support you in exploring your strengths, cultivating self-compassion, and taking actionable steps toward the balanced, fulfilling life you deserve. Together, we’ll create space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
