Every step, no matter how steep, reveals the strength within me. Reaching the tree line is proof of my resilience, and the summit awaits as the ultimate reward for my perseverance.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
Many of the women I work with move through life feeling pulled in a dozen directions—juggling responsibilities, expectations, career demands, relationships, and their own inner critic. They often appear capable on the outside while quietly feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step. My role is to walk alongside you—literally or virtually—as you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and create a life that feels more grounded and authentic.
I’m Diana Lapp, LCSW, with over 16 years of clinical experience and more than two decades working in social services. Throughout my career, I’ve supported children, teens, and adults, and I now focus on working with adults—primarily women—navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, and life transitions. I believe meaningful growth happens when we feel both seen and supported, and when therapy provides space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.
Nature is an essential part of my approach. My own experiences hiking and spending time outdoors have shown me how movement, fresh air, and mindful awareness can calm racing thoughts and restore perspective. This inspired me to offer Walk & Talk therapy and guided outdoor sessions, creating opportunities for healing that feel dynamic, grounding, and deeply restorative. For those who prefer or need flexibility, I also provide virtual therapy sessions in a safe, confidential space where meaningful change can unfold.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. Whether we meet online or outdoors, I will support you in exploring your strengths, cultivating self-trust, and taking intentional steps toward a balanced and fulfilling life. Together, we’ll create space for clarity, resilience, and lasting growth—at a pace that feels right for you.
