Telehealth Therapy Services

I offer mindful virtual therapy for women navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, burnout, and life transitions. Sessions provide a steady, supportive space to slow down overthinking, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Therapy is a collaborative process focused on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in how you move through daily life.

In our work together, we may focus on:

  • Navigating life changes with greater clarity and confidence

  • Reducing anxiety, worry, and mental overwhelm

  • Strengthening boundaries and communication

  • Supporting nervous system regulation and emotional balance

  • Working through parenting or relationship stress with steadiness

Virtual therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your home while receiving the same grounded, nature-informed therapeutic approach offered in Walk & Talk sessions.

Insurance & Payment

Inner Strength Counseling Services is currently in the credentialing process with Headway for virtual therapy services with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna. Until credentialing is finalized, all services are self-pay. Walk & Talk Therapy sessions are self-pay only and are not eligible for insurance billing or reimbursement.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, a superbill may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your benefits. Self-pay options are also available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or who do not have out-of-network coverage.
