Welcome to Steps & Sisters — A Walking Club for Women

Walk. Breathe. Connect.

Gentle movement. Time in nature. Meaningful connection.

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. This space was created for women seeking a slower, more intentional way to care for their wellbeing through walking, fresh air, and community.

A Different Way to Move

You don’t need to be fast, fit, or fearless to belong here.
This walking community is about showing up as you are, moving at your own pace, and allowing nature to support your body and mind.

Our walks offer space to:

  • Boost your mood

  • Clear your mind

  • Gently move your body

  • Connect with other women in a supportive, low-pressure environment

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you’re unable to attend so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.

  • Season pass is non-refundable.

Weather:
Walks will take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring water. If severe weather makes a walk unsafe, we will notify you in advance and offer a chance to reschedule another walk in the season.

Why Walk Together?

Walking in nature can help calm the mind, reduce stress, and create space for clarity. When we walk together, we’re reminded that we don’t have to do everything alone.

This is a wellness-based community experience rooted in:

  • Gentle movement

  • Nature connection

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Authentic community

(This is not group therapy.)

Come As You Are

Whether you’re looking to reset, reconnect, or simply spend more time outdoors, you’re welcome here.
