Family-Friendly Age: Best suited for children 7 and up. All children must have a parent present to participate; no children can be left alone.

Event Description:
Join us for Nature Detectives: Mindful Family Hike, a fun and relaxing outdoor adventure for kids and adults! Explore the flat, easy John A. Phillips Trail while practicing gentle mindful walking and engaging in a 5-senses scavenger hunt—notice what you can see, hear, touch, smell, and discover along the way. This experience is designed to help families slow down, connect, and enjoy quality time in nature.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Water & snack

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Curiosity and a sense of adventure

Additional Details:

  • Meeting location and details for the day will be provided after registration.

  • This is a rain or shine event, unless weather is deemed unsafe.

$45 per person
$125 family pack (up to 4 participants)
Includes mindfulness supplies and a digital mindfulness photo book.
