Reflect & Wander is a mindful hiking experience designed for women who are craving space to pause, reflect, and feel grounded in nature. If you’ve been moving through life on autopilot, constantly giving to others, or feeling disconnected from yourself — this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect.
During these guided hikes, we’ll walk 3–4 miles at a gentle pace through scenic trails, incorporating mindfulness prompts and moments of quiet reflection. There is no pressure to talk, no expectations — just space to be present, breathe, and move intentionally.
