Rise & Reflect is a 3-week Friday morning series for women (18+) designed to welcome the day with gentle movement, meaningful connection, and spacious reflection.

Each session includes a mindful walk through Roosevelt Park, space to reflect on the week’s theme, and opportunities for quiet conversation and community. Whether you're looking to reset, release, or simply slow down before the holidays, this series offers space to reconnect with what matters most.
