There are some days that stay with you long after they end — and for Alexa and I, Bloom Fest was one of those days.
On Saturday, April 25, 2026, our vision for a community-centered wellness event came to life at Gemini Sisters Farm. What started as conversations, ideas, planning meetings, and months of preparation became a beautiful day centered around wellness, creativity, healing, and connection.
Even with rain in the forecast, over 100 people visited the farm to support Bloom Fest, and that alone meant the world to us. We watched people arrive bundled in jackets, carrying umbrellas, wrapped in blankets, and still choosing to show up for community. Thankfully, the heavier rain held off until later in the day, allowing guests to explore, connect, and enjoy the heart of the event together.
Bloom Fest featured an incredible group of wellness professionals, small businesses, artisans, and creatives who brought warmth and energy to the day. Vendors shared handmade products, wellness services, holistic approaches, creative offerings, and meaningful conversations with guests throughout the event. Every vendor brought something unique, and together they helped create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.
Our volunteers also played such an important role in making the event successful. From assisting with setup and welcoming guests to supporting vendors and helping with event flow, their time and dedication helped the day run smoothly. We are deeply grateful for every person who gave their energy to support this vision.
Music by Matt Morgan added another layer of connection and comfort throughout the day. Guests laughed, danced, sang along, and enjoyed the reminder that healing can happen in many ways — through music, nature, conversation, creativity, movement, and simply being together.
And of course, the food from Bada Bing Bites LLC was a huge hit. Their hot sandwiches warmed everyone up on a chilly spring day and quickly became a favorite among guests and vendors alike.
What stood out most throughout Bloom Fest was the sense of community. Despite the weather, people stayed present. They explored new things, supported local businesses, made connections, shared smiles, and embraced the experience together. The feedback we received was incredibly meaningful and reminded us exactly why we wanted to create this event in the first place.
Bloom Fest was created to bring people together in a way that feels intentional, welcoming, and grounded in wellness and connection — and thanks to this amazing community, that vision became reality.
Alexa and I are beyond grateful for everyone who attended, volunteered, performed, vended, shared the event, and supported us along the way.
And yes… Bloom Fest will be back next year 🌸
