Perimenopause Unpacked: Nourish Your Body, Reframe Your Mind
A 90-Minute Virtual Workshop for Women Navigating Perimenopause
Wednesday, November 11, 2026 | 6:00–7:30 PM | Virtual
Investment: $50
Perimenopause can bring changes that affect your body, energy, mood, relationship with food, and the way you see yourself.
Maybe your body feels different than it used to. Maybe you're noticing changes in weight, energy, or how you feel day to day. Or perhaps you're struggling with the pressure to look or feel the way you did before.
Join Patricia Kolesa, MS, RDN, Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Educator, and Diana Lapp, MSW, LCSW, C-NIT, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Nature Informed Therapist, for a 90-minute virtual workshop exploring both the physical and emotional sides of perimenopause.
What We'll Explore
Understanding Perimenopause
Gain a better understanding of the changes that can occur during perimenopause and how they may affect your body and overall well-being.
Nutrition Without the Noise
Explore practical nutrition strategies and common myths surrounding protein, fiber, healthy fats, omega-3s, food, and weight during perimenopause.
The Emotional Side of a Changing Body
Explore how physical changes can affect body image, confidence, self-worth, and the way you relate to yourself. We'll also make space for the grief that can accompany changes in our bodies and identities.
Reframing the Conversation With Yourself
Learn to recognize unhelpful thoughts and develop more compassionate, realistic ways of responding to the stories we tell ourselves about our changing bodies.
Mindfulness & Movement
Slow down, reconnect with your body, and participate in a brief mindfulness practice and gentle movement designed to support—not punish or change—your body.
A Different Conversation About Perimenopause
This workshop isn't about getting your “old body” back.
It's about making space for the body you have now.
Nourish your body.
Challenge the stories that tell you your body isn't enough.
Make space for the grief.
Reconnect with yourself.
Learn to support the body you're living in now.
