Zumba for Sickle Cell

I’m excited to participate as a vendor at Isolation Fitness’ Zumba for Sickle Cell, an afternoon bringing together fitness, wellness, community, and giving back.

This special event will feature a high-energy Zumba experience along with local vendors, raffles, and opportunities to connect with community organizations. $10 from each ticket sold will be donated to the Sickle Cell Association of New Jersey, helping support an important cause.

I’ll be there representing Inner Strength Counseling Services, LLC, sharing mental health resources and information about my therapy services, including Nature-Informed Walk & Talk Therapy and upcoming community wellness events.

I love being part of events that recognize that wellness is more than physical health. Movement, connection, mental health, community, and access to resources all play an important role in supporting overall well-being.

Come out, move your body, connect with local businesses and organizations, and support a meaningful cause!
